You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting an estimate request. Providing false or misleading information may result in your request being ignored or removed.

4. Contractor relationship

Any contract, estimate, or work performed happens directly between you and the matched contractor. TrueLocalPros is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for the contractor's workmanship, pricing, scheduling, insurance, licensing, or conduct. We encourage you to verify a contractor's credentials before hiring them.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to Macon Media LLC DBA TrueLocalPros and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce this content without our written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Macon Media LLC DBA TrueLocalPros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any contractor match. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us to use the Site, which is zero unless otherwise agreed in writing.
